2012 Daffodil Festival

On-Line Parade Application


Dear Parade Participant,

We hope everyone is ready to begin preparations for the 2012 Daffodil Festival Grand Floral Parade. 

This year’s theme is “Don't Stop Believing"

As part of this year’s preparation, we would like to point out a few areas in which we need your help.  First, please fill out the application forms completely.  If you have any questions, please call the Daffodil Festival office.  Second, requirements for participant insurance MUST be met.  Copies of insurance certificates or other proof of insurance MUST accompany your organization’s application.  Third, we need current, updated unit descriptions in order to produce a quality script for the television crews.

The Daffodil Festival will be charging a $10.00 entry fee to all entries (except local school bands, local community floats and NW Festival Association floats) to help cover administrative costs.

Special Unit-1 - Self Contained Units, i.e. Fire Trucks, Large Equipment (Other than floats)
Special Unit-2 - Walking Units with small motorized equipment.
Special Unit-3 - Walking Units requiring special equipment (i.e. Library carts, Bicycles, Unicycles requiring vans or trucks to transport equipment to the event.)
Special Unit-4 - Small Walking groups- that are transported to the event via Cars or Vans.
Special Unit-5 - Large Marching groups- that are transported to the event via Busses.
