This scholarship was created to honor Jack Richardson - past Festival & Foundation president; Lee Merrill - founder of the Festival and Charter Daffodilian; Garvie Fink - past Festival Executive Director.  The scholarship this year honors Fred Elstrom - past Sir Boss 1990, and late husband of Mary Elstrom, who is a King Alfred Club Member.
