Awarded to the 1st Runner-up - Princess Jeni Rainey, Emerald Ridge High School.

The Daffodil Memorial Scholarship ($1,500)
Awarded to the 2nd Runner-up - Princess Nicole Remy, Spanaway Lake High School.
This scholarship was created to honor Jack Richardson - past Festival & Foundation president; Lee Merrill - founder of the Festival and Charter Daffodilian and Garvie Fink - past Festival Executive Director.  

The Lady Kathy Kelley Scholarship ($1,000)
Awarded to the 3rd Runner-up - Princess Theary So, Mt. Tahoma High School.
Sponsored by the Kelley Family in honor of Kathy Kelley, 1st Lady (1997) and Daffodilian.

The Wekell Family Scholarship ($1,000)
Awarded to the 4th Runner-up - Princess Stephanie Clabaugh, Wilson High School.

The Daffodil Festival Alumni Association Scholarship ($1,000)
Awarded to the 5th Runner-up - Princess Natalie Dudley, Eatonville High School
Funded by the Past Royalty Members of the Daffodil Festival Alumni Association.

The Royal Court Scholarships ($500.00)
Awarded to the remaining 13 members of the Royal Court.
Funded by the Daffodil Foundation.

The Miss Congeniality Scholarship will be awarded at the 2002 Queen's Luncheon which will be held on April 18th, 2002.
