Awarded to the 2nd Runner-up - Princess Maricris Eleno, Lakes High School.
This scholarship was created to honor Jack Richardson - past Festival & Foundation president; Lee Merrill - founder of the Festival and Charter Daffodilian and Garvie Fink - past Festival Executive Director.  

The Lady Kathy Kelley Scholarship ($1,000)
Awarded to the 3rd Runner-up - Princess Ambre Meyer, Franklin Pierce High School.
