Daffodil Festival Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction is an important component of the Daffodil Festival.   To enable its internet customers to easily return merchandise purchased on-line. The Daffodil Festival has established the following guidelines: 

• Donations and event tickets are not refundable.   Please contact the Daffodil Festival office for more information.
• Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• The original tags must be attached.
• Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
• Requests for refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt.

To safely return an item, send your package to us via insured mail courier.
