Please come and celebrate this year’s Queen and Royal Court. This years Luncheon is being organized by the Daffodil Scholarship Foundation.
The Queens Scholarship Luncheon was first established by the Daffodilians who became the “Hosting” group for the Daffodil Festival in 1965. At the luncheon, the Queen and her Royal Court were presented to the public for the first time.
Over the years this tradition has changed and now the Queen’s Scholarship Luncheon is a time to honor the newly crowned Queen and Royal Court and to give them the chance to meet with past Royalty. These “Royal” alumni and the new Royal Court come together to share their dreams for the future and their memories of the past.
There are displays and memorabilia from the past, with many stories of escapades from years gone by.
